Indian Council of Agriculture Research (ICAR) has revised the curricula of Master of Veterinary Science programme in the year 2021, so as per new course structure there is requirement of student’s practical manual of comparative splanchnology. This manual is prepared in a simplify manner so that students will be able to understand the subject in early stage.An attempt has been made to give detailed information in systematic way like in the form of flow diagrams, comparative charts and tables. More emphasis was given on comparative study of organ system in ox, horse, dog, pig and fowl. For intricate analysis of the subject, in between exercises, a few terminologies and questions are given for practice of students, which will be helpful in their examination. As anatomy subject require support of drawing of structures, we have given the titles to draw the diagrams for home practice of students.
